We install and renew wet-pour rubber and rubber tiles in play areas across Mallorca and the Balearics: the surface that cushions falls and stands up to sun and daily use.

Safety

Thickness based on fall height

Rubber thickness is chosen according to the free fall height of each piece of equipment, taking the UNE-EN 1177 standard on impact-absorbing playground surfaces as a reference. We assess it for each project.

Renewal

From worn rubber to new tiles

Over time, rubber flooring wears out and loses its colour. In this playground we replaced the old surface with new blue rubber tiles. See our maintenance service →

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How thick should playground rubber flooring be?

It depends on the fall height of the equipment. We take UNE-EN 1177 as a reference and work out the thickness during the site visit.

Wet-pour rubber or rubber tiles?

Wet-pour has no joints and allows colours and shapes; tiles are quick to install and can be replaced piece by piece. We choose based on the area, the base and the budget.

Can rubber be laid over the old floor?

It depends on the condition of the base. Sometimes it can be reused; other times the old flooring has to be removed and the base rebuilt. We check it on the visit.

Do you repair damaged rubber flooring?

Yes. We repair loose or worn areas and renew the whole surface when needed.

Where do you install rubber flooring?

From Palma, in Mallorca and across the Balearic Islands.

Does your playground need new flooring?

Site visit and no-obligation quote anywhere in the Balearic Islands.
