The controller of the personal data collected on this website is Juegarium, located at Calle Ciudad de Quilmes 10ª, 07010 Palma de Mallorca. Contact: info@juegarium.com.

2. What data we collect and why

This site only collects personal data through its contact and quote questionnaire. The data requested is:

• Your name.
• A phone number or email address so we can reply.
• What you need and what type of client you are, chosen from the questionnaire options.
• If you come from the 3D configurator or the pricing table, the configuration or plan you chose.

Purpose: to answer your request for information or a quote and to keep in touch about your project. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box before sending the questionnaire, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

3. Recipients and retention

The data is sent by email to Juegarium through the mail server of the site's hosting provider. It is not passed on to third parties unless required by law. It is kept for as long as the business relationship lasts or until you ask us to delete it.

4. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@juegarium.com or to our postal address. If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

5. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted transmission (HTTPS), form validation and restricted access to the messages received.

6. Minors

The forms on this site are aimed at organisations and adults responsible for projects. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
